Technology in Maritime (TIM) 4.0 commenced with a heartfelt welcome note by
Capt. Shoukat Mukherjee, setting the stage for an inspiring and forward-thinking

event. Following his words of wisdom, the inauguration was marked by the lighting
of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing knowledge and progress. This special moment
was led by our esteemed guests—Shri Ravi Kumar Moka, Dr. Rajnish Kumar, Ms.
Padmini Mellacheravu, Capt. Mahendra Bhasin, Capt. Tushar Pradhan, Capt. Karan
Kocchar, Capt. Shiv Halbe, Mr. Arun Jannardhan, Capt. Rajeev Unnikrishnan, Mr.

Sabyasachi Hajra, and Mrs. Harjeet Joshi—along with the participation of our cadets.
Their presence and collective spirit truly illuminated the path ahead for maritime
innovation and collaboration.
