- If you are baking, then instead of stove top transfer the pasta into

- Sprinkle rest of the cheese on top
- Bake for 20 minutes at 150 degree centigrade in a pre-heated oven
This Mac and Cheese is a simple one pot recipe which can be enjoyed by
the entire family. To give it some twist you can add some boiled broccoli
when adding the pasta to the sauce or add some crispy fried bacon or
maybe some smoked chicken shreds. I have used smoked cheddar and #SoundsGood column celebrated the #WorldMusicDay on Sunday, 21st June
with a LIVE MUSICAL PARTY where seafarers and their families joined in to
mozzarella, since I had those in my fridge, you can use any cheese showcase their talents. It was a fun filled session with group songs and party
except the very soft ones. Go on, enjoy creating your own version of the music in the interlude. The idea of the #SoundsGoodAntakshari and
#Healinhwithmisic workshop was launched and #SOundsGood will organise
classic Mac and Cheese, ask the kids at home to help and put a great both these events very soon
meal on the table. Remember, to wash your hands and stay safe!

Bollywood celebrity and Corporate guru #AshishVidyarthi was a special guest
to the occasion and welcomed the participants
Play back singer Pritha Majumder and music composer & film maker Rajesh
Roy who had inaugurated the #SoundsGood column sand the opening
number followed by Swapnali Raaj and Shalini Gupta who each sang
individual songs
